We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Learning Specialist.
As Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) and driving our learning initiatives to enhance capability uplift and future learning experiences across the William Buck Group.
In collaboration with the CLO, you will be responsible for :
- Conducting a training needs analysis across the organisation to identify goals and necessary skills, designing learning initiatives accordingly.
- Providing managers with tools to support and encourage team members in applying their learning to their work.
- Enhancing the design of blended learning pathways, including job aids for seamless integration of learning into daily work.
- Developing a program attendance criteria checklist to assist leaders in identifying relevant learning opportunities for their teams at different career stages.
- Leading various programs, including William Buck Graduate College, William Buck Seniors College, Audit Blended Learning Program, and Business Development Program, overseeing their redesign and delivery.
- Supporting L&D Administrators with learning content design, program management, eLearning content management, content curation redesign, new compliance design, and learner experience, as well as maintenance of learning records.
About you :
- Tertiary qualified in HR or L&D and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary learning and development practices.
- Proven experience in instructional design, creating high-quality blended training programs that promote learner engagement.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Some experience in facilitation, with the ability to present information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Excellent collaboration skills with HR teams, subject matter experts, and senior leaders.
