Scrum Master (Top Secret Clearance)
DIRECT HIRE
Location : Charleston, SC (Hybrid)
Clearance Required : Active Top Secret
Salary : $120K - $165K
Summary
Belle Lynn Sourcing LLC is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join a high performing and innovative team. In this role, you will support the maintenance, upgrades, and compliance needs of critical projects, ensuring effective operations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage engineering development projects and oversee sprint releases
- Create or analyze business requirements documents and establish project timelines
- Drive team iteration execution and communicate effectively with management and stakeholders
- Handle project conflicts, challenges, and evolving business requirements to maintain high performance
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve issues and address project roadblocks
- Conduct post-mortem and root cause analysis to improve team practices and maximize productivity
- Maintain team data in project management software (e.g., JIRA) to support estimates and execution tracking
- Provide high-level project summaries for senior management
- Support product owners in managing team dynamics, priorities, and scope
Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant experience
- A minimum of four (4) years of Scrum Master experience within the DoD / military industry
Scrum Master certification from a nationally recognized certifying organization
