Responsibilities

  • Executive support to CHRO
  • Strategic administrative partnership
  • High level of schedule management and support
  • Recruiting administrative support and management
  • Self-directed ability to prioritize and shift direction .
  • Ability to work within ambiguity and a rapid pace
  • Chief of Staff level thinker and capacity
  • Project management.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Event Management.

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 year's relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in technology preferably Google Suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • HIgh EQ
  • Kind, compassionate, collaborative and high-achiever

    • Pay range and compensation package - 175-225K DOE
