A company is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming application requests, incidents, or problems
Provide application support, investigate discrepancies, and troubleshoot integration points
Monitor application performance and conduct root cause analysis to improve functionality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Computer Science or Analytics, or High School Diploma / GED with 6 years of experience
Experience with application / production support and incident management in the banking domain preferred
Knowledge of application infrastructure and experience with Windows servers, SQL databases, and load balancers
Experience using monitoring tools such as DynaTrace and Splunk
SQL database skills including debugging and writing / running queries
