The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top scientific organization that has an opening for an Administrative Assistant near Oakdale, MN!

Hybrid role, In-Office in Oakdale, MN on Fridays

Responsibilities

• Responsible for various in office administrative tasks from reporting, to general housekeeping and organization
• Initiating field-based mailer audits to various medical device locations
• Responding and working with customers on account reconciliation
• Ensuring accurate install base records in the system of record
• Resolving outstanding or inaccurate records.

Requirements

• Customer Service experience preferred
• previous experience with Administrative Duties
• High School Diploma / GED or higher

Skills

• Answering phones, typing, organizational skills
• Filing, Microsoft Office
• Calendaring, scheduling, sorting

Additional Notes

• Location : Hybrid, Oakdale - in office Fridays.
• Hours : 8 am - 4 : 30pm
• Pay rate range approved $20-$22 / hr depending on experience
• 1 year contract to start

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
