Responsibilities Include : - Reconcile general ledger to supporting docs on a monthly basis and investigate variances.- Create and distribute monthly financial statements- Review and report costs associated with projects.
Prepare reporting as scheduled for leadership review- Create, update, and maintain documentation of all processes of accounting department- Involvement in various finance and accounting related projects as assigned by CFO- Manage an accounting team as well as have oversight of HR.
Qualifications : The ideal candidate must have : * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance* 5 -10 years of growth within accounting with 1+ years leading a team.
- Strong Cost Accounting or Project Accounting experience*Candidate must have excellent organization and time management skills as well as strongattention to detail.
