Accounts Payable Clerk

Were looking for a detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for numbers. If you have at least one year of accounts payable experience and are proficient in Excel, you could be the perfect fit for our team.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities
- Run bi-weekly Excel reports and verify the data
- Sort and distribute vendor invoices electronically using our document imaging software
- Enter vendor invoices into our accounting software
- Perform various bank duties
- Verify banking info with vendors
- Complete vendor credit apps
Accounts Payable Requirements
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience understanding of basic accounting principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Speed and accuracy for data entry excellent 10-key skills
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
