About the Role
We are seeking responsible individuals to play a crucial role in promoting safe and legal alcohol sales in the District of Columbia.
As an Underage Drinking Compliance Agent, you'll work as part of a team conducting undercover purchase attempts at ABRA-licensed establishments.
Responsibilities
- Participate in undercover attempts to purchase alcoholic beverages at licensed establishments within the District of Columbia.
- Follow strict protocols and guidelines to ensure safe and legal compliance checks.
- Conduct a maximum of 10 compliance checks during a single shift, lasting no more than 5 hours.
- Actively contribute to the team's goal of completing a minimum of 230 compliance checks per month.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all compliance check activities.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to report findings.
- Attend mandatory training sessions, as required.
Qualifications
- Resident of the District of Columbia with a valid D.C. identification card or D.C. school student identification card.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent observation and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working in a variety of potentially social settings.
- Committed to upholding laws and regulations related to underage drinking.

This position involves participation in undercover operations. You must be comfortable acting in a mature and responsible manner while maintaining confidentiality.
