We are seeking an experienced HR / Office Manager to maintain and support the administrative and HR needs of our facility.
Our ideal candidate is professional, organized, and contributes to our positive team culture. This role works closely with the Executive Director and HR Director to ensure smooth administration and HR functions and supports our mission in being a leading treatment program and providing outstanding client care.

Requirements
In order to be considered for the Office Manager / HR Designee position, you will need :
- Experience with Office management and HR functions
- HS Diploma or higher, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- To be highly organized with strong computer literacy
Responsibilities
- Oversees administrative functioning of the facility in an organized and professional manner.
- Answers main phone line and transfers calls to the appropriate party and / or takes messages
- Compiles, reviews, and analyzes financial statements for Company.
- Prepares various financial reports upon request.
- Maintains financial records for the Company including monthly expense reports.
- Enters data into the computer system and maintains its accuracy.
- Attend quarterly meetings for the following committees : Performance Improvement. Leadership / Administrative Committee, Safety and Risk Management Committee & Credentialing / HR
- Identified as the Designee for the HR & IT and handles all responsibilities associated with such position
- Identified as the Audit Staff for HR and will prepare for and sit through on-site audits
- Maintains proper attendance requirements and limits unexcused absences per Company policy.
- Participates in Management Team Meetings as needed.
- Supervises front office area ensuring area is hazard free and kept orderly
- Manages staff travel and reimbursement of expenses.
- Maintains office supply stock weekly and submits orders for any supply items running low
- Ensures compliance with Federal, State and local regulations.
- Contacts property management for any maintenance related issues
- Complete all HR functions included in hiring and onboarding
- Ensures compliance with DCF & Joint Commission requirements.
- Ensures patient confidentiality in compliance with 42CFR, Part 2.
- Mails paid invoices to appropriate party as requested by CFO and / or Financial Controller
- Performs other duties assigned.
Pay : $45,000-55,000 per year
Schedule : Full-time
