As an Analyst on the Client Experience (CX) / Marketing Analytics team, you will lead the firm's integration efforts for internal CX Programs, which includes our Integrated Client Service (ICS) and New Client Referral Program.

These programs are key to client growth alignment with employee incentives, and you will primarily focus on client data stewardship and program management for colleagues who are newer to EisnerAmper via M&A integration.

This role is critical to shepherding our colleagues into the EisnerAmper ecosystem and their role client growth opportunities.

Work You Will be Responsible For :

Own and coordinate the implementation and integrity of the ICS Program and New Client Referral Programs for pre-integration clients / employees.

Steward the execution and data quality standards of client / employee incentive programs and client data requirements, across disparate software systems.

Collaborate with ICS, CX and Marketing Leaders to create customized integration plans for the ICS Program and New Client Referral Programs.

Vetting & Reporting : Manages the ICS qualification criteria and vetting process; manages reporting, bonus processing, and coordinates with Executive Sponsor, employees, Independence and HR / Finance.

Bonus Review, Processing & Notifications : Coordinates with other functions and stakeholders to provide regular reports and updates to process ICS and New Client Referral bonuses.

Collaborate with Finance, HR and Independence to administer bonuses to employees for their participation in client growth incentive programs.

Serve as the main point of contact for the ICS Program and New Client Referral Program, fielding employee questions during integration, coordinating with various operational teams (e.

g. HR, Finance) and solving for reporting and data stewardship needs.

Lead on Employee Training, Communications & Questions : Closely familiar with how ICS and New Client Programs work to train and educate employees on how to participate.

First line of defense in handling bonus questions and qualification criteria for newer colleagues. Handles all internal communications required for implementation, education, training and for the intranet sites.

Escalates questions to CX or Firm Leadership as needed.

Deliver metrics to measure growth and adoption through the ICS Program and New Client Referral Program. Report out on the ICS pipelines, activities and results to firm leaders and internal stakeholders.

Provide regular feedback, insights, and recommendations to senior management on ICS Program and New Client Referral Program performance, issues, and opportunities.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing analytics, data analytics, or related field.

At least 3 years of proven experience in reporting and analytics program management, preferably in the professional services industry.

Project Management : Proven track record in implementing successful programs and project management initiatives. Exceptional project management proficiency, adept at juggling multiple initiatives and adhering to stringent deadlines.

Adaptability : Thrives in high-pressure environments with a flexible and agile approach to dynamic demands.

Collaboration : Works effectively across diverse teams to meet goals and roll out strategic projects.

Multitasking : Manages an array of projects and priorities with finesse and precision.

Technical Proficiency : Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, analytics and CRM software; preference for candidates with these competencies.

Continuous Learning : Eager to master new software platforms and AI technologies relevant to client data and integration.
