Cabinetworks Group is looking for a Demand Analyst, to work with our Menards customer, working On-Site at the Menards corporate office, in Eau Claire, WI.

Work closely with Menards' staff and the manufacturer to create an effective system and maximize sales, profits, and inventory flow.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Inventory control
  • Planning / Forecasting
  • Promotions
  • Reporting
  • Store visits
  • Tracking orders
  • Support customer team

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, mathematics or related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role dealing with complex data.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management.
  • Building materials industry experience. (preferred)
