HVAC Warehouse and Fleet Manager
TRIO Heating & Air, a leader in HVAC services in San Jose, CA, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Warehouse and Fleet Manager.
This position offers a unique opportunity to oversee multiple critical functions within our organization, including warehouse management and fleet operations.

Position : Warehouse, Purchasing, and Fleet Manager Location : San Jose, CA 95112 Compensation : Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities :
Warehouse Management :
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations and inventory control.
- Coordinate with the service department to fulfill equipment and material needs for HVAC projects.
- Implement best practices for warehouse safety and security.
Purchasing Coordination :
- Manage the purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and supplies.
- Collaborate with vendors to maintain favorable relationships and secure competitive pricing.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
Fleet Operations :
- Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of the company's fleet of vehicles.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and registrations to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Optimize fleet utilization and efficiency while controlling costs.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in warehouse management, purchasing, and / or fleet operations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement processes.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
