Summary of Position :

As the Sr. Manager you will be responsible for consistent and sustainable growth regarding Business Development, Account Management, and Delivery skills.

This position will support the technology staffing environment based on key technology insights having a deep understanding of our business.

The Sr. Manager is a key member of the team and will be responsible for the implantation and operation of the staff augmentation program.

Essential Functions :

  • Responsible for the staff augmentation category of services, including policy development, process design, and underlying VMS (Vendor Management System) implementation and automated program process
  • Structure program and project delivery teams focusing on efficiently meeting business requirements
  • Define responsibilities and roles needed to successfully fulfill the team's objectives
  • Ensure adherence and compliance of country regulations, SEC requirements, etc. during recruiting and staffing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, liaison, and escalation for staff augmentation inquiries from Sourcing, Hiring Managers, Contingent Workforce, and Internal Team
  • Provide guidance and administer company policies and procedures accurately and consistently. Manage the various compliance requirements throughout the organization
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and proactively challenge existing processes and workflows suggest and support implementation of necessary changes to optimize performance and user experience
  • Responsible for full P&L management for the Staff Augmentation service line
  • Responsible for various reporting cadence, inclusive of recurring Operations Reviews with Business Partners / Stakeholders monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the staff augmentation workforce program, and using data to highlight issues and recommend solutions
  • Partner with business leaders and advise on how to best source and deploy staff augmentation resources, creating staff augmentation recruitment strategies, and sustainable processes
  • At request, analyze and extract potential sourcing opportunities for the business. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve corporate efficiency, and create processes and standards for selection implementation
  • Responsible for the end-to-end project management, support, service, and execution review processes. Recommend changes to improve the efficiencies to minimize manual administration, workflow bottlenecks, and repetitive data entry
  • Contribute to overall operational & strategic discussions, utilizing current knowledge & future vision to leverage information & technology in business model design, business process re-engineering, operational improvements, and governing execution
  • Responsible for developing new businesses across verticals / geography within the assigned customers
  • Act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage employee performance and ensure clarity around priorities and goals
  • Responsible for managing a team including hiring, terminations, and all facets of performance management

Work Environment :

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands :

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers / clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.

The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine and printer. Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and / or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.

Required Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management or another related discipline
  • 8-12 years experience

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or another related discipline or compatible work experience
  • Experience in IT sourcing and vetting highly technical roles
  • Experience in actively recruiting, hiring, and managing a staff
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with selling, managing, and leading operations people in the delivery of service
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent project management and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organization, time management and prioritization
  • Efficient troubleshooting abilities
