Position Summary
Gettysburg College, in historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time Class Advisor / Navigate 360 Operations Coordinator to work for the Center for Student Success.
Gettysburg College is a highly selective, residential undergraduate liberal arts college, which enrolls approximately 2,200 students.
This position reports to the Dean of Student Success.The Class Advisor / Navigate360 Operations Coordinator provides ongoing support and guidance for a class year of students through their time at Gettysburg.
This position is also responsible for partnering with the Dean of Student Success to manage, support and deliver a comprehensive approach to the operational aspects of Navigate360 for the campus community.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to : advise students in one class through their time at Gettysburg College (i.
e., Class of 2026); serve as the application administrator for Navigate360, manage communications calendar, convene Care Unit Leads from various departments, etc.
Implementing assessment tools in order to gain utilization data that will drive improvements to the overall student experiences with CSS;
Demonstrate a commitment to team work on behalf of the Dean, the Center, and both divisions of Academic Affairs and College Life.
Qualifications Master’s degree (preferred) in Counseling, Student Affairs, Higher Education or related field or, any equivalent combination of experience and / or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Two to three years of direct experience in the development and implementation of student advising, academic support services, technology for back-end and front-end users, and / or other transferrable experiences.
Excellent interpersonal relationship, communication, and social media skills. Must have a genuine desire and ability to work with and to relate with students.
