Role Description
We are looking for a Client Solutions Lead (or External Wholesaler) to lead our efforts in our Institutional channel. This will be the second person on the team joining @Collin Schrier.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional who has a strong track record of partnering with wealth management firms to deploy specialized products to their clients.
Strong educational and consultative instincts, empathy, and a strategic mindset are important for success in this role.
Job Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing all aspects of their relationship with Cache.
- Develop fluency in the product, down to the minute details on the mechanics, regulations, and operations.
- Analyze the wealth advisory market to identify key partners with whom we should build strong relationships.
- Manage outbound efforts to target relevant advisory firms through digital channels like emails, webinars, and in-person seminars and conferences.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at key institutions.
- Develop and lead an optimized sales process that meets advisors at the beginning of their adoption lifecycle and helps them build conviction in our products.
- Be perceptive and data-driven to allocate time and resources efficiently towards high-ROI opportunities.
- Influence strategic direction by advocating for institutional client needs and guiding the product roadmap to meet their requirements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in asset management, including 5+ years in a sales role.
- Previous experience in specialized high-net-worth products is a plus.
- Previous experience as an early sales hire in a startup is a plus.
- CFA charterholder is a plus.
Location
- Seattle Area or San Francisco Bay Area is preferred.
