RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate and communicate ideas for new artwork / structure analyzing customer needs and production feasibility.
- Have knowledge of various printing equipment and printing processes.
- Handle various art-related projects for inter company management.
- Record keeping and filing of specifications.
- Meet time schedules on projects with possible overtime involved.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or applicable work experience.
- Knowledge of 2D CAD is a must.
- Packaging design specifically with industrial films (shrink, polyolefin, stretch, and shrink bundling) is a must.
- Must have experience related to materials, machine process, packaging design, printing process, and familiar with current procedures with trucking, FedEx, Air, and overseas.
- Structural design (horizontal, vertical, and stand-up) experience is a must in corrugated industry (box packaging).
- Good communicator with customers and sales staff.
- Must have working knowledge of equipment design and capabilities that can be translated into efficient operation, product layouts, production specifications, and product quality specifications.
