Benefits :Major Responsibilities :
To oversee the adherence of GMP policies and Food Safety Prerequisite Programs, by monitoring production personnel and the facility.
Executes the Finished Product Information to assure customer quality parameters are achieved.
Duties And Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for assuring adherence of line specific S.O.P.
2. Execution of Finished Product Information Sheets
3. Responsible for requesting updates to all daily quality documents upon customer spec changes
4. Participation in execution and review of S.I.P.
5. Communicate with the Production Manager on QA / QC related concerns
6. Makes sure current SOPs are readily available for Production Personnel
7. Execute proper documents when Food Safety or Quality Concerns are discovered
8. Develop or acquire rework procedures with Quality Manager Concurrence
9. Reject out of spec product when required
10. Pull FDA Retains per SOP
11. Conducts metal detector verification process per metal detection procedure
12. Coach and develop others within the production team.

Qualifications
1. Job Knowledge
- a. Education - High School Diploma
- b. Quality Technical training or equivalent work-related experience
- c. 2 yrs. of manufacturing experience.
- d. 2 yrs. in production environment.
2. Skills
- a. 2 yrs. Supervisory or Lead Experience
- b. Excellent Math Skills
- C. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- d. Excellent organization skills
