Project Manager - Professional Civil Engineer Bentonville, AR Halff has an immediate opening in our Fayetteville / Bentonville, AR office for a Professional Civil Engineer Project Manager in our Planning and Landscape Architecture.

The Ideal candidate will bring at least 6 years of experience in Public Works. This position requires strong design and project management experience and knowledge of working with local entities.

Project Manager - Professional Civil Engineer Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
• PE License in Arkansas, or transferable within 2 months of start date
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in trails, Parks and Recreation, utilities, and Public Works design.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
• Good technical writing and communication skills
• Client interaction, Business Development and project production
• Previous experience working with Parks and Recreation and Municipal clients and business development communications
• Experience in project scope development, professional services fee development and staffing projections
• Experience in producing winning project proposals as lead professional / project manager
• Strong ability to train and mentor staff
• Must be proficient in project management, administration, and supervision
• Ability to work in a team environment with multiple offices and various disciplines
• Positive attitude, self-directed
