The Recruiting Support Specialist ensures the delivery of hiring objectives in underperforming locations by supporting direct sourcing of candidates and teaching franchisees the how of recruitment to ensure long-term hiring success.

Scope :

The Recruiting Support Specialist will have direct accountability for increasing applicants in partnership with identified franchisees in opportunity locations.

This role will be expected to connect with targeted franchisees to understand talent needs and priority positions of their local markets and to support the development of a comprehensive Recruiting plan with dual responsibility for execution between the Recruiter and the franchisee.

The Recruiting Support Specialist role is essential in the development of franchisees by providing both recruitment training and support.

This role will also promote brand excellence to job seekers and provide a championship candidate experience.

Key Criteria / Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience; franchising background a plus.
  • Salon / Cosmetology industry experience preferred.
  • Experience building / using sourcing plans and tools, including phone and internet research.
  • Applicant tracking experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
  • Proven understanding of predictive analytics and other business-related data analysis strategies.
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize, take initiative and ownership of the recruiting process.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Minimum of 3 days at the Support Center and 2 days working remotely.
  • Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
