Job Summary : Performs supervisory and administrative duties within the department, establishes job assignments, controls manpower, and guides the design of projects and the employees in the department.
Duties and Responsibilities : Supervision and Administration of the DepartmentManpowerProblem SolvingCalculationsSpecificationsProject Budget ManagementCustomer InteractionPreparations and Review of Construction Engineering EstimatesSkills and Educational Requirements : (15) years of related experience.
Professional Engineers License a plus. Competency in Civil design and drawing software. Inter-Relationships : Competency in conducting all types of group discussions, as well as communication with divisional and corporate management.
