Know Your Rights : Privacy Notice for California Applicants : ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager of Performance Improvement will report and support Director of Performance Improvement to serve as an expert resource within hospital as related to clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory and performance improvement issues, and activities related to accreditation.
Responsible for hospital to development, implementation, integration and coordination of Performance Improvement and Patient Safety.
Will facilitate Performance Improvement program and assumes a leadership role in accreditation and licensure activities.Work collaboratively with Administration and Leadership at the facility level.
Ensures execution and communication of Performance Improvement and Patient Safety activities occurs from the department level to Board of Trustees.
Ensures that all employees, including medical staff and members of the Board of Trustees articulate the Performance Improvement plan and activities.
Ensures that the organizational goals and activities support optimal patient outcomes.An ideal candidate would have experience with joint commission surveys, good communication and analytical skills.
QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAININGBachelor of Science in Nursing or healthcare related field preferred.Current state RN License, preferred.
Two years clinical and / or management experience in a multidisciplinary health care setting which includes inpatient experience.
Knowledgeable on current State Laws and Regulations as applicable to facility and Stroke program.Certification in Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Healthcare Accreditation( HACP) highly desirableExcellent in communication and management skills.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $85,280.
00 to $119,059.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
