Responsibilities :
- Identify and assist in establishing and implementing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Analyze financial reports, determine cash flow forecast and develop new financial strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity
- Collaborate and guide operational department leaders to ensure smooth process flow and accurate reporting output
- Ensure that all new business processes with financial impact are accounted for and recorded in accordance with the applicable accounting guidance
- Coordinate with management in financial analysis and planning operations
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of accounting experience with proven progressive responsibility
- CPA license preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching and developing team
- Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
