Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the global total rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Oversee compensation planning, including base pay, incentive plans, and executive compensation
Manage employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of HR experience, with 5 to 7 years focused on Global Benefits / Compensation
Background in finance or financial analysis related to total rewards strategy
Experience working with the Compensation Committee of the Board
Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation legislation
Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Finance; certifications like CCP or CEBS
