ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Key Account Coordinator to enable and accelerate the achievement of FARMACY’s ambitious growth goals by ensuring that our retailers and distributors around the globe have the right assets, right information, and right products, at the right time.
You’ll manage the day-to-day work processes around new product forms, sampling, visual merchandising, and product page updates.
You are a self-motivated, detail-oriented relationship builder who values operational excellence. You’ll partner closely with internal teams like Sales, Brand Marketing, and Operations, as well as external partners like account managers at the retailers.
You'll report to the Sr. Director of Global Business Development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- New Product Launch Logistics . Manage all trade logistics for any upcoming launches. Main deliverable : New Product Forms.
- Ongoing maintenance of retailer needs . Ensure product pages are up-to-date with latest assets and copy for your assigned retailers and distributors, ensuring alignment with any local naming conventions.
Manage any updates for existing SKUs.
- Sampling . Manage POs for global sampling strategy.
- Visual Merchandising . Coordinate file management and submission to retailers and distributors.
- Miscellaneous Sales & Marketing Department Support . Assist with comp requests, product detail requests, digital + social asset requests, Market Week, and general troubleshooting to ensure retailer / distributor needs are met.

Requirements
- Ideally 1 year of professional experience
- Minimum one professional internship experience, preferably in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Experience managing Amazon, Sephora, or International retailer / distributor accounts is a plus
- Passion for the Beauty industry
- Expert in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Extremely detail-oriented, able to keep up with a diverse to-do list
- Outstanding time management skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Able to commute to the NYC office minimum 2 days per week
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship from employer. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

- Estimated Salary Range : $60,000 - $65,000 per year ($28.85 - $31.25 / hour, depending on experience)
