We provide civil / site design and land surveying, environmental, geotechnical, construction administration & inspection, accident reconstruction, roofing / building envelope, and specialized testing services to the construction industry.

We are looking for a Civil / Site Project Engineer who will play a key role in the design, planning, and implementation of site civil design / development projects for our clients.

You’ll leverage your expertise in site design and creative problem-solving skills while collaborating closely with institutions / municipal agencies.

From initial concept development to final plan submittal, this role will be involved with projects through every stage of the design process, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

• This position will use experience while learning new skills to assist clients through our cross-functional team dynamic and company culture.
• You will be involved in all project aspects including design / study development and site / field visits during design and construction.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in all aspects of Civil / Site Development Design projects : Work with the Project Managers to develop data, complete technical analysis, and prepare permitting and construction drawings, specifications, and quality control Concept, Layout, Preliminary and Final Engineering erosion and sediment control utility and utility relocation with creating permit applications.
• Complete site layout, utility and grading plans, storm water analyses and reports, and site development permits.
• Perform civil engineering analyses and numerical analysis using various computer software hydrology, develop hydraulic / drainage and stormwater calculations, SWPPPs and obtain NDPES permits.
• Participate in hands-on field observation & inspection of construction activities.
• Communicate with clients on deliverables.
• Assist with developing project proposals and Engineer’s construction cost estimates.
• Assist with developing / managing schedules, budgets, and quality of work.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and reporting.
• Proficient in using Auto CAD Civil 3D in various Civil / Site Design projects.
• Must have good customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, and comfortable with client interaction.
• Must have ability to manage multiple projects and remain quality-focused.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Ability to be reliable and on time.
• Be quality-minded and client-focused.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
• 3+ years of Civil / Site Design experience
• EIT or EI is not required but is a strong plus
• Must have a valid driver license and an acceptable driving record.
