Job Opportunity : Operations Coordinator - Night Shift

Location : Doral, Miami

Shift : Sunday to Thursday, Night Shift (8 hours / day) - 12 : 00am to 9 : 00am

Reports to : Station Manager

The Role :

As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the export operations team, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient shipments while delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Compliance : Ensure all export processes meet AEO regulations and company procedures.
• Operations : Manage shipments from start to finish, maintaining high customer service standards.
• Profitability : Maximize profitability through proactive file management.
• Customer Focus : Build and maintain strong customer relationships, working closely with the customer solutions team.
• Performance Measurement : Ensure operational files meet company KPIs, adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Billing & Accounting : Ensure timely and accurate billing, with correct purchase costs input for accurate profit reporting.
• Quotations : Respond to customer quotes promptly and efficiently.

Key Skills & Attributes :

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and export process knowledge.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of the financial impact of decisions.
• Dangerous Goods Compliance is a plus.
• CargoWise experience is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience :

Export experience preferred.

Knowledge of US Customs law and procedures.

Industry experience in freight forwarding / logistics.
