The Position is The Asst Maintenance Manager
The purpose of your job position is to assist the Maintenance Manager with the day-to-day duties (installing, repairing and upkeep) of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations that govern the facility and to ensure the safety of all residents and personnel as directed by your supervisor and the Administrator.
The Assistant Maintenance Manager will work cooperatively with all departments and multidisciplinary teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Performing regular inspections of resident rooms for order safety and proper performance of equipment
- Providing or scheduling facility repairs as needed
- Using protective safety equipment as required
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems
- Working Knowledge of emergency sprinkler system and fire alarm testing
- Experience with drywall repair and toilet replacements
- Ensuring that assigned personnel wear and use protective safety equipment as required
- Ensuring that fire protection and prevention programs are maintained by all personnel
- Maintaining the facilities interior and exterior are in good repair
- Maintaining maintenance logs weekly, monthly and quarterly as required
- Follow safety regulations and precautions at all times
- Reporting any occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, or other hazardous materials to a supervisor immediately
- Preferred knowledge of SNF and Title 22 Regulation
- Valid Driver's License to drive company vehicle when necessary

2 years of Maintenance Repair Knowledge.
Preferred candidate - SNF Maintenance Experience.
