Salary : $45K - $50K
The DBL Capital corporate family of companies (Douglas Brooke Homes and Trinity Building and Designs) is looking for an intermediate level accounting assistant to provide support to our accounting department reporting to the controller.
Responsibilities
- Perform accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Reconciliation of credit card and bank statements.
- Verification of job costing and booking expenses.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mail, etc.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Docs
- Ability to proof text accurately and quickly.
- Strong math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- A fast learner with excellent work ethic.
- Attention to detail and multitasking are critical.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Knowledge in a Buildertrend and construction (WIP) accounting a plus.
Pay : $45K- $50K
