The primary purpose of the Post-Production Logistics Tech role is to direct, manage and coordinate logistics and transportation of products to / from the warehouse and pharmacy.
The logistics tech will be responsible for day to day operations of the fulfilment / labelling team to ensure the work flow is effective and any obstacles to the process are cleared.
Responsibilities :
- The logistics tech will be responsible for planning and coordinating all event logistical requirements including transportation of medication to / from warehouse and pharmacy.
- Ensure all medication is stored, handled and transported in line with company procedures, health and safety guidelines and event regulations.
- Responsible for keeping the pharmacy area clean and organized.
- Be proactive and work closely with logistics lead to resolve logistical issues independently or within a team environment.
- Confirm quality of every released batch through the review and approval of all batch record components.
- Perform timely release of products, staging of products and scrapping of rejected products within pharmacy.
- Perform wrapping of packaged IV bag medication loaded on pallet.
- Coordinate with warehouse for pickup / dropoff of IV bag medication once palletized to / from FSSE1 and FSSE2.
- Work closely with labeling team to box packaged product and place evenly on a pallet.
- Scan finished product into location within pharmacy / warehouse.
- Support any additional movement regarding 3PL product storage at FSSE2.
- Other duties as assigned.

Profile / Experiences :
- Post-production experienced and SME level knowledge of fulfillment required.
- Experience with logistics in a cGMP environment.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and communicate post-production order release for success willingness to partner and negotiate on complex activities across the department and other functions is a must.
- The Post-Production logistics tech should be capable of lifting up to 50lbs or standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in ERP Software AX.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple shipment orders at once.
