Robert Half is representing a client in Broussard, Louisiana seeking a skilled Systems Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and maintaining system infrastructure, including Cisco, ASA Firewalls, O365 applications, Active Directory and more.

This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, perfect for those seeking to transition into a long-term position.

This role is on-site in Broussard, Louisiana and does not support C2C.

Responsibilities :

• Administering and maintaining systems infrastructure including Cisco technologies, ASA Firewalls, and Active Directory.
• Managing user provisioning and asset management to ensure smooth operation within the company.
• Utilizing Command Line Interface, MDM, and O365 Suite to manage and troubleshoot systems.
• Employing Powershell scripting and network management tasks.
• Manage Tickets in Solar Winds
• Supporting the deployment and configuration management processes.
• Addressing system issues using knowledge of computer hardware and backup technologies.
• Administering MS Office 365 and Intune applications for business operations.
• Leveraging PowerShell scripting to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Managing databases and ensuring data integrity and security.
• Utilizing skills in SolarWinds for network monitoring and management.

Requirements :

• 2+ years with Cisco Technologies, including ASA firewalls
• Proven experience in managing databases, including implementation, and maintenance
• 2+ years working with Active Directory, including user and group management
• Intune for administrative tasks
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies, ensuring the safety and security of data
• Familiarity with Computer Hardware, including setup, troubleshooting, and repair
• Experience in Configuration Management, ensuring system performance and reliability
• Ability to manage and oversee system Deployments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• 2+ using MS Office 365 applications Intune for administrative tasks
• Strong PowerShell Scripting skills, enabling the automation of tasks
• Familiarity with SolarWinds software
