Contract Project Manager

This position requires an active TS / Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

The Contract Project Manager will serve as the overall lead for the contract effort, overseeing all support provided to the Army General Officer (AGO) office.

This individual is responsible for ensuring that all team members execute their duties effectively and efficiently while maintaining clear and consistent communication with AGO leadership.

The Contract Project Manager will manage the coordination and integration of all support functions, ensuring alignment with Army regulations and standards.

Additionally, this role involves providing strategic guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring the successful execution of the contract's objectives.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Estimated Starting Salary Range for Contract Project Manager : 150,000-$160,000
• Pay commensurate with experience.
• Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided.
• Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Contract Project Manager Responsibilities Include :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the contract, managing all aspects of the support effort for the AGO.
• Ensure that all team members are performing efficiently, adhering to contract objectives, and meeting expectations.
• Maintain communication with AGO leadership, addressing any concerns, and ensuring all directives are met in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and integrate all support functions, ensuring alignment with Army policies, regulations, and standards.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team, resolving issues that arise, and ensuring that all contract objectives are successfully executed.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with contract terms, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead gap identification, analysis, and assessment activities to ensure user and enterprise needs are met.
• Ensure the project aligns with intelligence community practices, providing relevant updates and reporting.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Contract Project Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested :

• DAWIA Level II (Practitioner) Program Management Evaluation or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or a closely related credential (preferred).
• Current DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance and SCI eligibility.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the last 10 years managing a team in a consulting, government, or contracting environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of contract administration in the intelligence community.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying user and enterprise needs / requirements, gap analysis, and assessment.
• Experience with strategic oversight in military or intelligence environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Army regulations and standards preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
