Key Responsibilities : Data Abstraction : Accurately extract essential information from our legacy electronic medical records, including diagnoses, treatments, medication reconciliations, and procedures.
Data Validation : Ensure the accuracy of patient data by validating information from the old system prior to its transfer to the new platform.
Data Entry : Identify and manually enter any missing data to keep patient records comprehensive and up-to-date. Support : Provide clerical assistance as needed to help ensure smooth clinic operations.

- Skill in operating a multi-phone line system, computer, photocopy machine, & fax machine; Ability to speak clearly and concisely;
