We're looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician to assist with the transition and maintenance of patient medical records.

This temporary role will be guided by our Clinic Nurse Director and Clinic Director, and you'll be eligible for full benefits during your employment.

Key Responsibilities : Data Abstraction : Accurately extract essential information from our legacy electronic medical records, including diagnoses, treatments, medication reconciliations, and procedures.

Data Validation : Ensure the accuracy of patient data by validating information from the old system prior to its transfer to the new platform.

Data Entry : Identify and manually enter any missing data to keep patient records comprehensive and up-to-date. Support : Provide clerical assistance as needed to help ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications Education : High school graduate or equivalent required. Experience : Pharmacy Tech and / or Medical Assistant certification preferred.

  • Working Knowledge : Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing; managing files and record and other office procedures and terminology;
  • Skill in operating a multi-phone line system, computer, photocopy machine, & fax machine; Ability to speak clearly and concisely;
