JOB SUMMARY :

The Process Technician applies scientific and technological principles to manage and optimize continuous or periodic operations in the production of manufactured products. This role involves designing and planning process layouts for various material-processing operations, including hardening, washing, laminating, etching, engraving, polishing, plating, and more. The technician ensures process efficiency, quality control, and operational consistency through precise testing and measurement throughout the production stages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design and plan layouts for material-processing operations such as hardening, polishing, and plating
• Plan sequences of operations and specify procedures for material preparation and shaping
• Conduct tests and measurements during production to monitor variables like temperature, pressure, and viscosity
• Balance efficiency, operator comfort, and economic feasibility when developing production methods
• Propose and implement basic solutions to routine process problems
• Work under close site supervision, following established procedures and timelines
• Recommend improvements to increase process efficiency and product quality
• Maintain confidentiality and complete assigned duties within prescribed timeframes
