Responsibilities The Vines Hospital is currently recruiting for a full time Director of Business Development The Director of Business Development is responsible for the sales planning, implementation, and monitoring of the marketing plan for the facility.

Represents the facility to the community, interested persons, and potential referral sources within the identified market service areas.

Directs the efforts of the Business Development Representatives and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the facility.

Extensive travel required and Irregular / long hours may be required occasionally. The Vines Hospital, located in Ocala, FL is a premier behavioral health facility offering individualized mental health and addiction treatment to adults in a secure and private setting.
