Standard Air Conditioning is hiring a full-time HVAC Lead Install Technician in Knoxville, TN, to expand our team. Are you a skilled problem-solver who takes pride in your work and thrives on making a real difference in people's lives? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR HVAC Lead Install Technician?

Schedule : 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, with periodic on-call opportunities

Your day begins at home as you head to your first job. You'll provide essential services by repairing and maintaining residential and light commercial systems. Your technical skills will be key in diagnosing faults, performing warranty services, and optimizing system performance. More than just a repair person, you'll act as a trusted advisor, identifying maintenance risks and offering long-term solutions while using field equipment like tablets and mobile phones to ensure compliance with service standards.
