Program Manager - Enterprise Data Management and Analytics

  • 6+ month Contract
  • Remote needs to be able to work EST hours
  • Target Pay : 65 / hr 75 / hr

Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to manage one of our clients Enterprise Data Management and Analytics initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data management principles, analytics, and the ability to drive large-scale projects that transform data into actionable insights for our business.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for excellence in data governance, quality, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for enterprise data management and analytics that aligns with the organization’s cross-functional teams to drive the execution of data initiatives, ensuring they deliver value to the business.
  • Program Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple data management and analytics projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality best practices in project management, including risk management, stakeholder communication, and agile multiple related projects, not just one.
  • Data Governance and Quality : Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, quality, and security across the organization.

Champion the importance of high-quality data and its role in decision-making.

  • Analytics and Insights : Leverage advanced analytics techniques to transform data into actionable closely with business leaders to understand their challenges and provide data-driven solutions that drive strategic decisions.
  • Team Leadership and Development : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and support for data initiatives.
  • Technology and Innovation : Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data management and analytics.Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that can enhance the organization’s data capabilities.

Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading large-scale data projects.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, data modeling, and data architecture principles.
  • Strong agile and Jira skills.
  • Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools (, Tableau, Power BI, SAS).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
