WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR :

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in BFSI sales to join our team. As the Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within the BFSI sector.

YOU WILL GET THE CHANCE TO :

Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales growth within the BFSI sector.

Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the BFSI industry.

Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.

Job Duties :

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;

recommending profit and service improvements.

Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Prior experience with customers in some of the following industries : Financial Services, Fintech, Banking and Insurance is an asset

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;

benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.

Proven track record in sales within the BFSI sector.

Strong communication, negotiation, sales planning, prospecting skills, meeting sales goals and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.

Compensation :

Globant reasonably expects the annual base compensation for this role to be between $150,000 to $180,000. This position is also eligible for commission bonuses between 2-3%.

Specific offer details are determined by carefully considering a variety of factors, including the candidate’s primary work location, skills, experience, education, market demands, and internal parity.
