Overview :

ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager Sales Enablement to bridge the gap between marketing and sales, focusing on driving sales enablement and brand awareness.

This role will support sales initiatives, build our presence with both clients and consultants, and drive growth within the staffing industry.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working closely with sales teams, developing impactful content, and leading marketing efforts across both the US and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with Sales Teams : Work directly with the sales team to capture success stories, develop marketing materials that support sales pitches, and ensure marketing is closely aligned with sales goals.
  • Create Sales-Driven Content : Develop case studies, success stories, capability statements, and other sales collateral that directly supports the sales team in closing deals.
  • Manage and Lead an Offshore Team : Supervise a team of two marketing professionals based in India, providing direction on content creation, research, and marketing materials.
  • Utilize Marketing Tools : Leverage tools such as Canva , Adobe Creative Suite , ZoomInfo , and CRM platforms to develop and manage marketing materials that resonate with both clients and consultants.
  • Brand Awareness : Lead efforts to increase brand awareness with customers and consultants, ensuring ARK Solutions, Inc.

  • Research and Insights : Direct the offshore team to conduct market research and provide insights to improve sales strategies and marketing efforts.
  • Build a Marketing-Sales Partnership : Foster a collaborative culture where the sales team relies on marketing for continuous support, asking, "How are you selling without knowing the company’s capabilities?"
  • Ensure Consistent Branding : Oversee the creation of marketing materials that align with company branding and reinforce ARK Solutions’ positioning to both external clients and internal consultants.

Required Skills / Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in the staffing industry or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite , and other marketing tools.
  • Experience using CRM systems and platforms like ZoomInfo to support marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of writing and creating content that supports sales efforts, including case studies, success stories, and marketing collateral.
  • Leadership experience managing teams, particularly offshore or remote teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work closely with sales teams to align marketing with sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience scaling or building a marketing function within the staffing or professional services industry.
  • Knowledge of branding strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Proven ability to drive brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies.
