Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an IVR Application Developer for a hybrid workplace opportunity in Mid-Michigan .

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET :
- Experience with IVR, web services, and integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST)
- Software development background with OOP languages
- Ability to design, develop and support IVR applications, with a strong knowledge of PBR architecture, telecommunication network services, and contact center systems
- Ability to interpret and troubleshoot SIP-based VoIP traffic and integrate unique SIP telephony systems
- Deep understanding of contact center operations, including metrics and workforce management needs
- Strong knowledge of speech recognition systems / grammars
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
- Experience with Genesys Cloud
