Position : Accounts Payable Specialist
Location : Pasadena
Reports to : Controller
Responsibilities :
- Assist in reconciling credit card statements by matching receipts to expense reports and entering data into database (similar to concur)
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on budgeting, audits, and compliance.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and communication with clients and vendors.
Qualifications :
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in matching and understanding financial processes.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Accounting / Finance degree or relevant experience (2+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP software and intermediate Excel skills.
