The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience , preferably within the manufacturing or distribution sectors.

Senior HR Generalist Responsibilities :
Forge strong connections with managers to provide guidance on performance management, recruitment best practices, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
Administer Benefits and Compensation programs.
Engage in Benefits Administration, including healthcare and retirement plans.
Address Employee Relations queries.
Manage Leave Administration.
Qualifications :
At least 3 years' tenure as a Human Resources Generalist, preferably as the sole HR representative for an organization.
In-depth understanding of employment legislation and a fervent interest in employee relations.
Proficient in HRIS applications.
Pay Details : $80, to $85, per year
