We are delighted to announce our partnership with a prominent National Distribution client in their quest to appoint a new Senior HR Generalist .

This role is a golden opportunity for those seeking a robust mentorship and leadership experience within the HR domain. Stationed in Portland, OR , the Senior HR Generalist will concentrate on Employee Relations, Benefits, and Leave Management .

Our client is on the lookout for a professional who is committed to nurturing and expanding the company's culture and values.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience , preferably within the manufacturing or distribution sectors.

This Direct Hire position offers an annual salary of up to $85,000 , dependent on qualifications. The benefits package includes competitive PTO , standard Medical / Dental / Vision (M / D / V) coverage, a 401K plan, and unparalleled mentorship within the HR team.

Senior HR Generalist Responsibilities :

Forge strong connections with managers to provide guidance on performance management, recruitment best practices, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.

Administer Benefits and Compensation programs.

Engage in Benefits Administration, including healthcare and retirement plans.

Address Employee Relations queries.

Manage Leave Administration.

Qualifications :

At least 3 years' tenure as a Human Resources Generalist, preferably as the sole HR representative for an organization.

In-depth understanding of employment legislation and a fervent interest in employee relations.

Proficient in HRIS applications.

Pay Details : $80, to $85, per year
