As aSr. Field Service TechnicianatHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our building automation systems.

You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our clients, contributing to the seamless operation of smart buildings, and championing Honeywell's commitment to excellence.

You will report directly to ourField Service Supervisor,and you'll work out of our Augusta, ME location.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain server and network infrastructure
  • Provide exceptional customer support
  • Execute work orders to meet customer satisfaction of service delivery
  • Deploy, diagnose, repair and maintain Honeywell systems and solutions according to specifications and industry standards
  • Provide technical support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on system usage
  • Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs. Complete service reports and
  • documentation in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and customer support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and support to clients
  • Acquire security and other clearances as required by customer

YOU MUST HAVE :

  • Associate of Science degree in a Computer Science, or Information Technology related field or 3 years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience with virtualization, networking, servers, storage, and enterprise application
  • 2+ years' experience working within field service environment
  • Knowledge of completing preventative maintenance on automation systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot, conduct repairs, and work independently
  • Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell
