Position Details Title Open Rank Non Tenure Track Positions, Kelley School of Business (Marketing) Appointment Status Non-Tenure Track Department IU Bloomington Marketing Location Bloomington Position Summary The Marketing Department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University-Bloomington is seeking individuals with proven teaching effectiveness at the undergraduate and / or graduate levels to fill non-tenure-track faculty positions beginning fall 2025.
Rank of the faculty appointment is open depending on degrees and experience and will be at the Clinical or Lecturer classification.
Basic Qualifications For a candidate to be considered at the Clinical classification, a Ph.D. or DBA degree in marketing or a related field from a nationally reputed university must be completed by no later than August 2025.
For a candidate to be considered at the Lecturer classification, a master’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.
Relevant professional experience is desirable. Regardless of classification and rank, candidates must have demonstrated teaching excellence at the undergraduate and / or MBA / MS levels.
Experience teaching in online and executive programs is also desirable. The person hired will be expected to teach 18 credit hours of marketing courses each year, in areas such as marketing management, marketing research, digital marketing, business marketing, managing consumer channel relationships, e-commerce, product management, pricing, professional sales, communications, and marketing analytics.
The individual may be asked to develop new courses, redesign existing courses, supervise student projects, assist in case competitions, and coordinate with industry partners, among other activities in support of the Kelley School’s educational mission.
