Compensation :

$82,000 - $103,000 per year

Responsibilities :

• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home

Qualifications :

• Great communication and social skills
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth

The Roy-Miller Team at BHHS is a team of 9 real estate agents, 4 administrators, and 1 dedicated marketing designer, who closed over 400 real estate transactions last year.

We have highly effective systems in place for prospecting for clients, and also for managing the closing processes in an organized way so that we can provide superior customer service for our clients.
