About the Role
We are seeking a Staff. Supplier Quality Engineer who will work collectively with multiple functions within ZT to drive quality improvements focused on our GPU and compute products.
The Supplier Quality Engineer will analyze field, production, and supplier data to develop plans and improvement actions, drive root cause and corrective actions on major quality excursions, and impact to production yields.
They will work with the test development team to review test coverage and improve telemetry data collection to enhance our data analysis.
This position will be based out of our Secaucus, NJ office.
What You Will Do
Drive internal Failure Analysis and partner with the Supplier for RCA
Develop component-level validation testing plans on new technologies
Benchtop-level debugging and electrical failure analysis on PCBA and component-level
Contribute to DFMEA reviews to call out potential failure modes early in the product life cycle
Run meetings with the supplier to review factory / field failures, OSV data, NPI failures, and open FA requests
Define test coverage requirements and telemetry collection tooling.
What You Bring
B.S. degree in Engineering. Electrical, Computer, Software Engineering, or related field and 5+ years’ experience with Enterprise Server HW (or a M.
S. degree and 3+ years of experience).
Advanced knowledge of GPU architecture
Experience with parallel computing principals and developing testing algorithms for GPU architectures
Experience with GPU Characterizations and profiling with NVidia CUDA Profiler or AMD CodeXL
Knowledge of CUDA or OpenCL Programming
Experience with GPU frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or CUDA based libraries
Strong Problem Solving skills in debugging complex problems in GPU accelerator applications
Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST.
Strong debugging skills at component and module levels, as well as system integration
Data analysis capabilities
Experience Managing suppliers
Experience with developing, test scripts, log parsers, and implementing automation methods
