- Develop financial models and other analytical tools for acquisition analysis
- Property level underwriting of new and existing real estate investments
- Collection and analysis of market data
- Review of due diligence material
- Preparation of investment committee memorandums and analysis
- Act as liaison with Accounting and Finance staff to assist in quarterly valuations and portfolio analysis, partner distribution waterfall modeling and risk management
- Assist with mortgage debt solicitation, analysis and reporting
- Participate in the quarterly financial reporting, including assisting in calculation of cash flow statements, fair market valuation and anticipated IRRs
