Fast paced multi-location dermatology office looking for front desk help. Must have medical office experience, computer knowledge and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Must have great customer service skills. Must be able to travel to Morris and Joliet locations.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Scheduling patients for multiply providers and locations
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Must be able to multi-task and pay attention to detail
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
- Medical office experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
