Job Description : As a Public Relations Assistant at Messa Sync, you will support the public relations team in managing the company's public image and maintaining relationships with media outlets, clients, and the public.

You will assist in creating and distributing press releases, coordinating public events, and handling media inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing and executing PR strategies and campaigns.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials.
• Coordinate and manage public events, press conferences, and media tours.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
• Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company representatives.
• Support social media efforts by creating content and monitoring engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms.
• Previous experience in public relations or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
