Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM)
to lead the sales efforts for one of Marriott’s premium properties. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the entire sales team and drive business growth by developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the hotel’s sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve revenue goals.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize exposure and drive demand across all market segments.
Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and travel partners.Oversee all aspects of the sales and marketing budget, including forecasting and revenue projections.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and client feedback to continuously improve sales efforts.RequirementsIdeal Candidate : 7+ years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a luxury hotel.
Strong knowledge of Marriott systems, brand standards, and revenue management practices.Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Proven ability to drive growth in corporate, group, and leisure markets.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality;
