WTW is looking for an experienced commercial P&C professional to join as a Senior Analyst in our Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) practice.
In this role, you will collaborate with our team of pricing, portfolio management, underwriting, technology, and claims experts to deliver advisory and technology solutions to our commercial insurance clients.
You will lead and support cross-functional advisory engagements and technology implementations, serving to connect perspectives across product lines and functions.

WTW has ambitious growth plans for our North America P&C practice, especially for Commercial P&C Insurance. Our Commercial Lines practice delivers a myriad of advisory and technology solutions to support insurers in increasing speed to market and efficiency, including capabilities benchmarking, predictive modeling, competitive market strategy, and implementing underwriting, claims, and actuarial technology solutions.
- Manage and participate on teams to deliver client engagements, in areas such as capabilities benchmarking, competitive market research, and product development.
- Develop commercial P&C insurance market and operational knowledge to establish subject matter expertise
- Contribute to the development of WTW’s intellectual capital and future proposition development, including go-to-market strategy
- Meet billable hour target and support the team in sales, operating as a highly respected and effective consultant
- Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
